FAQ
Are your products made especially for each customer?
Many products at LUMERRA are made to order and personalized just for you. Names, dates, special messages, or your chosen designs are engraved onto the product using advanced laser engraving technology, making each piece truly unique.
How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?
Because our products are made to order, the preparation time is usually 10–25 days. Once your order is ready, it is carefully and securely packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location
Can I make changes or request a return for personalized products?
Since personalized products are made exclusively for your order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. However, if your product arrives damaged or contains an error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you
How are the products packaged and shipped?
Each product is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. At LUMERRA, we care not only about the product itself but also about the unboxing experience. Your order is shipped in elegant, protective packaging that makes it perfect for gifting on special occasions
